Beginning of Wisdom "The reverent fear and worship of the Lord is the beginning of Wisdom…" (Psalm 111:10, AMP) Do you need more wisdom in your life today? The Bible says that the reverent fear and worship of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. That word fear in this instance doesn't mean "to be afraid;" it means to have honor and respect. It means that we revere Him because He is God. When you truly respect Him for who He is and worship Him out of a grateful heart, then supernatural wisdom will operate in your life. You'll know just what to do in difficult situations, and you'll be a voice of godly counsel with your friends and family. Start reverently worshiping Him today by declaring His goodness and faithfulness in your life. Declare that He is your Provider, your Healer, your Redeemer. When you focus on your God instead of focusing on your problems, you are honoring Him. As you honor Him, wisdom will flow through you, and you'll be empowered to live the life of victory He has planned for your life! Father, I choose today to honor and worship You. I choose to put You first in my life. Thank You for filling me with Your wisdom today so that I can live in victory the way You intend. Help me make wise choices and honor You in all that I do. In Jesus' Name. Amen. DAY 18, A Prayer For Victory  Save me O God for my trouble like sea billow roll, I am drowning in adversity. I feel like I am sinking in the mud, muck and mire of sin and I can’t seem to find a footing. O God, You know my foolishness; and my sins are not hidden from You. I have more enemies than I can count and I really don’t know who I can trust other than You. Don’t let those who trust in You b e ashamed because of me, don’t let me cause them to be humiliated. LORD, you know my shame, scorn and disgrace. You see what those who hate Jesus are doing. They scorn the church, the bible and Jesus Himself. They are crude, insulting and arrogant. LORD, we seek YOU, not just your help. It is your love that keeps us going and Your word that keeps us encouraged. We know You hear the cries of the needy and we are needy. Give us victory over our enemies. In Jesus name we pray. Based on Psalm 69 Sing a new song to the LORD, for he has done wonderful deeds. His right hand has won a mighty victory; his holy arm has shown his saving power! The LORD has announced his victory and has revealed his righteousness to every nation! He has remembered his promise to love and be faithful to Israel. The ends of the earth have seen the victory of our God.
