Get out of the way of what God wants to do through you. Sample His greatest power. It comes right after, "you give up."
LORD, I have more needs than I do resources. My life is in a mess, I have problems galore and trouble could very well be my middle name. Some times I think about the fact that Your servants seem to struggle just to survive while those who do not give You the time of day seem to thrive. But when I really think about it, I would not exchange places with them. I r
ealize that no matter how well things seem to be going for them, it only takes an instant for everything to change. Their life and legacy can collapse overnight. Who do I have in heaven greater than YOU? Is there anything here on earth that I need more than YOU? My mind and my body are growing old and they are beginning to fail but Jesus will never fail. Jesus is the strength of my life and my inheritance forever. Father, I love the wonderful feeling of being in your shelter protective custody. Thank You for Your constant care. In Jesus name I pray. Amen!
